Shape the platform, not just the sprint. We are building the next generation of the PrismHR platform, and this is where its technical direction gets decided. PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and advantages platform used by employer-services organizations across the US, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions.

This is hands-on architecture. You will build working prototypes and proof-of-concepts development teams actually use — not slide decks. You will partner with other architects on the architecture vision, work with executives on technology strategy, drive design and integration of major current capabilities with senior developers, and coach a group of architects and senior engineers.

The problem set~ a mature multi-value payroll engine, a up-to-date cloud SaaS layer, an active modernization program, and a live question about where AI-driven patterns fit in an enterprise HR platform.

You will need~
10+ years across the full SDLC in web-based SaaS, leading Agile teams
Hands-on Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS, relational and NoSQL databases
Hands-on DevOps~ containers, configuration management, monitoring, automation
Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar streaming and messaging
Extensive AWS and Azure
Working understanding of RAG, MCP,



and agent-based orchestration
A track record building technical roadmaps, and the credibility to defend them
BS in Computer Science or equivalent

Nice to have~ multi-value databases such as UniData, payroll or HR domain knowledge, legacy modernization. The schedule~ 600 PM - 300 AM IST, Monday to Friday, first four hours from the Noida office and the rest from home. Full overlap with US executives and product leaders is what makes this an architecture role with real authorship.
