Architect – Office Spaces Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Architect – Office Spaces to lead the design and execution of corporate and commercial workplace projects. The ideal candidate will have solid conceptual design capabilities, technical expertise, and experience delivering contemporary, functional, and compliant office environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design of corporate office and workplace projects.

Develop concept designs, space planning, layouts, and detailed drawings.

Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Conduct site visits and oversee project execution to ensure design intent.

Manage interactions and incorporate feedback effectively.

Maintain project timelines and budgets.





Coordinate with the regional team for regional offices

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Architecture.

10–12 years of experience in commercial/office space design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM preferred.

Solid space planning and detailing skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with sustainable design practices.

Knowledge of workplace strategy and ergonomic standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Location - Bangalore
