Responsibilities

Strategy Development
Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Identify market trends and insights to optimize campaign spend and performance using data-driven decisions.

Content Marketing
Oversee creation and distribution of engaging content including blogs, videos, and infographics.
Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and tailored for audience engagement and brand visibility.

SEO and SEM
Improve organic rankings through keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and technical SEO.
Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across major search engines.

Social Media Management
Develop, manage, and grow the company’s presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Engage with followers, monitor trends, and implement strategies to enhance brand presence and community building.

Analytics and Reporting
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others to track performance across all digital channels.
Prepare, analyze, and present reports on campaign effectiveness, conversions, and ROI.

Team Leadership and Coordination
Lead,



guide, and mentor junior team members; collaborate with agencies and freelancers when required.
Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business needs.

Budget Management
Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively across platforms.
Ensure cost-efficiency and maximize campaign ROI.

Required skills and qualifications
Solid understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
Experience in running SEO/SMO, email, social media, Performance Marketing, Client Handling, Team Management
Proficient with analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
