Description of the Role
Assessing students’ individual learning needs and designing personalised learning programs.
Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
Modifying curriculum, teaching methods, and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Providing one-on-one or small group instruction to help students achieve their learning goals.
Monitoring and tracking student progress, making necessary adjustments to teaching strategies.
Collaborating with general education teachers and school counsellor to engage students effectively.
Offering guidance and support to parents, providing resources and strategies for learning at home.





Required Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Special Education
Certification or licensure in Special Education from a recognised institution in India. (Preferred)
Demonstrable experience working with children with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or special needs.
Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualised Education Programs (IEPs).
Robust communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and educators.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
