IP telephony systems and ensuring seamless connectivity across complex enterprise environments. You will be the primary lead for high-level system implementation and the final line of defense for critical technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Implementation & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end rollout of current systems, ensuring all configurations meet technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
Integrations Management: Proactively maintain and optimize systems integrations to ensure unified communication flows across diverse platforms.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Conduct deep-dive investigation and troubleshooting to resolve both minor and major issues,
minimizing downtime and maintaining high availability.
Infrastructure Evolution: Evaluate existing setups to recommend and execute upgrades that keep the telephony workplace modern and scalable.
Qualifications And Requirements
Professional Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of dedicated experience in telecom engineering.
Technical Specialization: Deep expertise as a specialist on IP telephony systems is mandatory.
Platform Proficiency: A strong professional background with Avaya or Mitel systems is highly preferred.
