Visit assigned project sites on a daily basis. Verify attendance and monitor workforce deployment. Check the quality and progress of work at the site. Ensure work is carried out as per company standards and project requirements.
Inspect materials, equipment, and site conditions. Identify and report safety hazards or non-compliance issues. Maintain daily site inspection reports with photos and updates. Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and project managers.
Report delays, material shortages, or operational issues. Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety regulations
