– Site Supervisor
Company: SR Global Facility Management Pvt. Ltd.
Location: IOCL Bottling Plant, Thimmapur, Kottur, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between the contractor and the client's department.
Supervise day-to-day site operations and labour deployment.
Handle labour and union-related matters.
Manage attendance, overtime, and manpower records.
Ensure smooth coordination between the client and workforce.
Requirements
Experience in manpower supply, facility management, or industrial site operations.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Experience in labour and union management.
Ability to maintain positive client relationships.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
