Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to lead outbound sales efforts across domestic and international markets

. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive high-quality lead generation through cold calling, outreach, and account-based prospecting

, while also mentoring junior SDRs and optimizing outreach processes.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end outbound prospecting across India and international markets (US, UK, etc.)
Execute and manage high-volume cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers (CXOs, VP, Directors)
Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
Build and manage target account lists (ABM approach)
Maintain accurate records in CRM and track pipeline progress
Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, messaging, and targeting
Mentor and guide junior SDRs on outreach techniques and best practices
Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and conversion rates

Requirements




3–6 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales (domestic + international)
Solid communication skills with global client exposure
Experience in IT services / QA / SaaS / Tech sales (preferred)
Ability to handle targets, pressure, and multiple markets simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM tools
