Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sewing Operator to stitch garments and textile products according to production specifications and quality standards. The Sewing Operator is responsible for operating industrial sewing machines, ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and maintaining a protected and organized work workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch garment components accurately and efficiently.
Follow production specifications, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure garments meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Inspect fabric and finished products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
Perform basic machine setup, thread changes, and routine cleaning.
Maintain production targets while minimizing defects and rework.
Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or wastage.
Follow workplace safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality inspectors, and team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications
Minimum education: High School/10th or equivalent (preferred).




Experience operating industrial sewing machines is preferred.
Knowledge of garment construction and stitching techniques is an advantage.
Ability to read and follow production instructions.
Valuable attention to detail and quality awareness.
