HVAC Supervisor Company: Zenith Universal LLP Location: Mumbai Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage technicians and project sites efficiently.

Responsibilities - Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work.
Manage and guide HVAC technicians at project sites.
Read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents.
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project managers.
Inspect completed work and troubleshoot technical issues.
Maintain daily work reports and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements - 2–6 years of experience in HVAC supervision. -12th Pass/ Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred).
Solid knowledge of VRF/VRV, Chillers, Ducting, DX Systems, AHU, FCU, and ventilation systems.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple sites.
Positive problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
