Position: Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience to strengthen our digital presence and enhance our brand visibility. We are looking for a creative and proactive marketing skilled who can take ownership of the company's social media presence, produce engaging content, build meaningful online engagement, and use LinkedIn as a key platform for branding and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
Own and manage the company's LinkedIn page and other social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube, where applicable.
Create high-quality content, including posts, articles, carousels, videos, graphics, and thought leadership content.
Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather business updates, client success stories, events, and announcements for content creation.
Build and grow the company's LinkedIn presence through organic engagement, employee advocacy initiatives, and networking.




Manage audience engagement by responding to comments and messages professionally.
Track and analyse social media performance, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust content writing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms for a business.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar creative tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media analytics.
Ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance.
Robust planning, organisational, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing.
Knowledge of video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro etc.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
