Job Purpose

To learn sewing operations and develop the skills required to produce garments according to quality, safety, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities
Attend all induction and sewing skill training sessions.
Learn garment construction and different sewing operations.
Operate sewing machines under the guidance of the trainer or supervisor.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Produce garments as per quality standards and production targets.
Handle fabrics and garments carefully to avoid damage.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S at the workstation.
Follow all safety rules and wear the required PPE.
Report machine issues, defects, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Work as a team member and support line activities when required.

Qualification
Minimum 8th Pass / SSLC / HSC (or equivalent).
Freshers are welcome.
