Social Media Manager (Agency Experience Mandatory)

Experience: 3 to 5+ Years (Agency Experience Mandatory)

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Joining: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who understands how to build brands, not just create posts. This role is strictly for candidates with prior marketing agency experience. If you have only managed a single brand or worked in-house, this role is not for you.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing agency.
Must have handled multiple client accounts simultaneously across different industries.
Proven experience in scaling brands from scratch through organic social media strategies.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest and other major social media platforms.
Ability to create content strategies, content calendars and manage end to end social media execution.
Robust knowledge of audience growth, community management and engagement strategies.




Experience coordinating with designers, content writers and clients.
Ability to analyse insights and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced agency environment while managing multiple deadlines.

Added Advantage:
Experience in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategy.
