Design & Development
Conceptualizes designs based on brand guidelines.
Creates tech packs, CADs, and prototypes.
Selects fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for export quality.
Client Interaction
Works with buyers or design teams from US, UK, or European brands.
Interprets client feedback and adjusts designs accordingly.
Ensures product aligns with brand identity and market trends.
Production Support
Coordinates with production teams to ensure samples and bulk production match the design intent.
Conducts fit sessions, approves pre-production samples, and resolves technical issues.
Trend & Market Analysis
Tracks international fashion trends.
Adapts designs to meet export standards and seasonal requirements.





Requirements for US/UK/EU Brand PD Designers
Experience: 510+ years in product development and design for international markets.
Technical Skills: CAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, pattern making, garment construction knowledge.
Soft Skills: Communication with international clients, time management, understanding of sizing standards (US/UK/EU), quality control.
Languages: English fluency (mandatory for US/UK/EU clients).
