Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos)
Plan and maintain content calendars across platforms
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance
Track, analyze, and report key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Robust knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills




Creativity with an eye for design and storytelling
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Experience with social media advertising and campaign management
Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Basic video editing skills
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations
