What youll do:
Develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online sites and solutions for various BUs.
Design and develop Power Apps applications to support internal IT automation and business process workflows.
Implement integrations with Office 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Teams.
Customize SharePoint lists, libraries, pages, workflows, and web parts to meet business requirements.
Develop and implement governance policies for SharePoint sites, ensuring security, compliance, and optimal performance.
Provide technical expertise in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and administration.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Power Apps-related issues.
Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Ensure best practices in UI/UX for SharePoint and Power Apps applications.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve adoption and effective utilization of SharePoint and Power Apps.





Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development and administration.
Robust proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
Knowledge of Office 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Power BI).
Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Solid understanding of SharePoint permissions, governance, and security best practices.
Ability to integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and services.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
