Digital Marketing Executive (Influencer Marketing & Meta Ads)

Location: Model Town, Ludhiana

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in influencer marketing and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a fast-growing education company and build impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
Coordinate with influencers to execute promotional campaigns successfully.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.




Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing content.

Requirements
Experience in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Meta Ads.
Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Creative mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Excel, or similar marketing tools is an added advantage.
