Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Write compelling captions, social media copy, and campaign messaging.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to produce high-quality content.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize performance.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.




Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and marketing initiatives.
Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice and visual identity.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Solid understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
