Role Description The Social Media Manager role at IKW Designs is a contract, remote position. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to showcase products, campaigns, and brand stories.

The Social Media

Manager will manage daily posting schedules, engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and monitor brand mentions. The role includes optimizing profiles and posts for reach and engagement, coordinating with design and marketing teams, tracking performance metrics,



and adjusting strategies based on insights to grow brand awareness and drive traffic to online sales channels.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute campaigns that increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging posts, captions, and responses aligned with brand voice.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop calendars, align content with brand initiatives, and tailor messaging to different platforms and audiences.
Experience managing social media for fashion, retail, or consumer brands is beneficial, along with familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
Ability to analyze social media metrics, use scheduling and analytics tools, and adjust tactics based on performance data is preferred.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting are significant.
A background in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field is an advantage.
