Role Description: The STEM & Robotics IoT Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Mysore. The trainer will conduct engaging, hands-on sessions on STEM, robotics, and IoT concepts for school students, using lab equipment, kits, and digital tools.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, demonstrations, and projects; guiding students through experiments; and ensuring secure and effective use of laboratory resources. The trainer will maintain equipment, coordinate with school staff, and support the implementation of Qwings’ structured STEM curriculum. The role also involves assessing student progress,



providing feedback, and continuously improving teaching methods and materials. Qualifications

Robotics-focused skills, including Robotics and Robot operation, are suitable for training and guiding students in practical projects.

Technical problem-solving abilities, including Troubleshooting and applying Preventive Maintenance to lab equipment and robotic systems.

Experience or understanding of Robotic Welding or similar automation processes, with the ability to explain concepts in simple, learner-friendly terms.

Strong interest in STEM education, with the ability to deliver clear, age-appropriate explanations of scientific and technological concepts.

Effective communication and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered, inclusive approach.

Ability to work in office in Hanamakonda, collaborate with school staff, and adapt to different school environments.

Relevant academic background in engineering, robotics, electronics, computer science, or a related STEM field is preferred.

Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students in STEM, robotics, or IoT is an advantage.
