: We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT specialists for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across multiple technologies.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle for contract (W2/C2C), contract-to-hire, and full time positions.
Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.
Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and clients.
Negotiate rates/salaries and close candidates successfully.
Ensure compliance with US employment and immigration norms (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, GC, USC).
Maintain accurate records in ATS and track candidate pipelines.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly hiring targets and KPIs.
Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
Skills 5+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of US hiring models: W2, C2C, 1099.
Experience working with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
Excellent understanding of IT skill sets including:
Java, .NET, Python
Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
DevOps, Data, AI/ML
QA, UI, SAP, Cybersecurity, etc.
Hands-on experience with US job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Job Qualification
Experience in staffing agencies serving US clients.
Strong vendor network and candidate pipeline.
Experience training or leading a recruitment team.
