Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team for a client-onsite role in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for designing user-centred experiences for complex enterprise applications and managing the complete design process from requirement discovery to implementation support.

The role requires solid UX problem solving, visual design and client communication skills, along with the ability to work independently with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients, product managers, business analysts and developers to understand business and user requirements.

Translate complex processes into explicit user journeys, task flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Design intuitive, responsive and accessible interfaces for enterprise web and mobile applications.

Create high fidelity UI designs and reusable components using Figma.

Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.

Present design concepts and recommendations to client stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Consider different user roles, permissions, dependencies, validations and edge cases while designing workflows.





Work closely with development teams during implementation and provide required specifications and design guidance.

Review developed screens and ensure consistency with approved designs and UX standards.

Manage design activities independently while meeting project timelines and quality expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX, product design or interaction design.

Solid proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, variants and prototyping.

Experience designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS or workflow-based applications.

Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, responsive design and usability.

Experience working with complex forms, service requests, dashboards, tables and approval workflows.

Good understanding of design systems, accessibility and component-based design.

Strong client-facing communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to clearly explain design decisions based on user, business and technical considerations.

Experience with Salesforce or Lightning-based applications is an added advantage.

Basic understanding of front-end technologies and development constraints is preferred.
