Edexe Learning is looking for a dedicated and student-focused Mentor to support learners throughout their preparation journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for guiding students.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey.
Conduct regular follow-ups with assigned students.
Address student queries and coordinate with the academic team when required.
Monitor student attendance, engagement, and progress.
Encourage students to stay consistent with their preparation.
Maintain student records and update progress reports.
Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
