About the Role:

TechBrein is looking for a passionate, vibrant, and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Calicut. In this role, you will lead TechBreins online presence and social media growth. You must write high-converting copy entirely on your own to lead our organic social media, execute paid social ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and manage company newsletters. Must have robust design sense and strategic vision to brief the graphic designers and video creators, manage production workflows, and maintain a consistent visual standard.

You will also actively participate in our marketing events to capture live content.

Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and build communities across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X (Twitter), GMB, and YouTube.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Write platform-native copy entirely on your own for all organic posts, paid ads, video scripts, hooks, captions, and newsletters.
Use your robust design sense to create clear, actionable briefs for the graphic designers and video creators.




Actively participate in hosted or attended marketing events to capture live, real-time social content.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify recent content trends and growth opportunities.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner to maintain active community engagement.
Track performance metrics and utilize AI marketing tools to generate reports.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
13 years of digital marketing experience focused on organic social growth and paid platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Elite copywriting skills to independently produce high-converting ad copy.
Strong design sense and strategic vision to effectively brief and evaluate creative team assets.
Robust marketing fundamentals regarding audience segmentation and conversion funnels.
Proficiency in platform analytics and modern AI productivity tools.
Confident, proactive personality with a "get things done" attitude and agility for live event coverage.
