Sr. Executive Digital Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Executive Digital Transformation to join our growing team and drive enterprise-wide digital initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that enhance customer and business experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Drive digital transformation initiatives across marketing, sales, and customer experience functions.
Manage digital products throughout their lifecycle, from requirement gathering to production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define and prioritize product roadmaps.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Coordinate testing, deployment, hypercare, and continuous product improvements.




Track product performance and identify prospects for optimization and automation.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Product Management, Business Analysis, Marketing Technology, or related roles.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Valuable understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience working with digital products and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of CRM platforms, Marketing Automation, SQL, Power BI, or Generative AI is an added advantage.
