Job Summary

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, from concept to final execution.

Responsibilities
Create user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and scalable designs
Design and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights to stakeholders with confidence
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
Review and refine designs based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior
Mentor and guide junior designers, setting high standards for design quality

Requirements
6+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design for digital products




Solid expertise in Wireframing & Prototyping
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Sketch
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings
