Role & responsibilities
Design creative marketing materials, social media posts, banners, presentations, and branding assets.
Develop and maintain web and mobile applications for logistics operations.
Design user-friendly UI/UX for internal software, dashboards, and employee portals.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams to develop digital solutions.
Create graphics for Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce partner requirements.
Develop and enhance logistics management systems, CRM, tracking, and reporting tools.
Ensure software performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and software technologies.

Preferred candidate profile




Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
25 years of experience in Graphic Designing and Software/Application Development.
Experience in the Logistics, Supply Chain, Courier, or E-commerce industry is mandatory.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/Laravel, React, Flutter, or other contemporary frameworks is preferred.
Experience with MySQL, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
