Drive profitable growth andP&L; ownership of the CBG Mid?Market portfolio for West India(Mumbai, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa & adjoining markets)
Achieve premium, profitability, renewal, and persistency targets in line with organizational strategy
Build and manage solid relationships withMid?Market corporates, SME clients, and Commercial Banking (CBG) teams in the West
Develop and expandbroker, bancassurance, and strategic partner relationshipsto grow wallet share
Ensure underwriting discipline, risk adequacy, and healthy loss ratios in coordination with underwriting and risk teams
Monitor and review MIS, performance dashboards, productivity metrics, and drive corrective actions
Collaborate withClaims, Operations, and Product teamsto ensure superior customer experience
Support digitization initiatives, CRM adoption, and continuous process improvements




Ensure regulatory compliance and governance as per IRDAI and company policies

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
GraduateorMaster’s Degree in Business Administration(Marketing / Finance / Insurance) or equivalent
18+ years of experiencein General Insurance with robust exposure to Corporate / Mid?Market / SME segments, broker, bancassurance, and direct corporate channels

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;
Strong understanding of Commercial Lines underwriting, pricing, and portfolio management
Expertise in broker management, corporate relationship management, and CBG engagement
Strategic thinking with robust execution and closure capability
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze loss ratios, profitability trends, and growth metrics
Strong leadership with a track record of team building and talent development
High level of business acumen, customer focus, and result orientation
