About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Relationship Manager (SRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing academic support, managing student relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless learning experience throughout the student lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide students regarding academic processes and university services.
Handle student queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure student engagement and satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of student concerns.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
Build and maintain robust relationships with students to enhance their overall experience.
Ensure timely communication regarding assignments, examinations, orientation sessions, and other academic activities.
Assist students in resolving issues related to LMS, ERP, assessments, and examinations.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.




Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Candidates based in Jaipur will be preferred.
