Role Description The Senior Vice President for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Canada. This position oversees the Canada immigration consulting portfolio, including strategy development, service delivery, and client relationship management. The role involves leading and mentoring consulting teams, setting performance standards, and ensuring accurate, compliant advice on Canadian immigration pathways.

The Senior Vice

President collaborates with senior stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, refine service offerings, and maintain high client satisfaction. The role also requires monitoring regulatory changes,



representing the organization at key industry events, and aligning operations with the firm’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Canadian immigration processes, policies, and visa categories, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory updates.

Proven leadership and people management experience, including mentoring teams, driving performance, and fostering a team-oriented work environment.

Solid business development and client relationship skills, with experience in creating growth strategies and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.

Strategic planning and operational management capabilities, including setting targets, optimizing processes, and ensuring service quality.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, International Relations, or a related field; relevant certifications in immigration consulting are an advantage.

Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or international education/advisory roles, preferably with a focus on Canada.
