We are looking for Logistics and Supply Chain expert experienced in B2C last mile operations. Must have experience in Understanding SLA and TAT

International logistics experience will be an added advantage

Transportation Management: Negotiate carrier rates, optimize shipping routes, and coordinate with partners for timely, cost-effective deliveries.

 Cost Optimization: Analyze logistics costs, identify savings prospects, and implement efficiency improvements.

 Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate KPIs such as delivery timelines, shipping costs, and returns.

 Vendor Management: Develop current logistics partners and maintain solid relationships with existing vendors.

 Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to delays, damages, theft, and incorrect shipments.

 Technology Utilization: Implement and leverage tools to streamline logistics operations.  Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
