You’ll work closely with content, creative, and marketing teams to create videos that inform, inspire, and engage millions of users across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities
AI Storytellin g: Use AI tools to ideate, script, generate, and edit narrative-led videos.
Video Production & Shooting : Plan and conduct shoots, capturing high-quality footage with solid understanding of lighting, framing, and audio.
Content Creation : Edit and produce promotional, brand, social, and product videos for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
Storyboarding & Scripting: Convert ideas into structured storyboards; collaborate with content teams on script development.
Research & Ideation : Track trends,



cultural insights, and user behaviour to fuel fresh video concepts.
Creative Strategy: Develop video ideas for marketing campaigns, explainers, and product launches aligned with brand goals.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all videos reflect AppsForBharat’s tone, values, and visual language.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-quality output within tight timelines.

What We’re Looking For
3 - 6 years of experience in video editing, shooting, and creative storytelling.
Solid portfolio featuring AI-led narrative videos and live-action shoots.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Experience in shoot planning, camera operation, lighting, and basic sound recording.
Solid skills in storyboarding, scripting, and creative research.
Deep understanding of social media video formats and how to drive engagement.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Immediate joiners preferred.
