In this role you will focus on student engagement and learning outcomes, working closely with our academic and operations teams to deliver a high-quality, outcome-driven learning experience for our students.

Responsibilities Own and execute student engagement and learning outcomes initiatives end to end

Coordinate with academic, marketing and placement teams

Maintain accurate records, trackers and periodic reports

Continuously improve processes based on feedback and data

Represent Algomind Academy professionally with students, parents and partners Required Skills Learner engagement

Counselling and follow-ups

Progress reporting

CRM tools





Communication skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an EdTech or education setting

Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline (B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MBA as applicable)

Solid verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
