The team manages the full content pipeline—from strategy and shooting to editing and publishing—so clients can stay focused on running their businesses.

Role Description The Social Media Manager intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across major social media platforms for a range of brands and founders. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts and captions, scheduling content, optimizing profiles and posts for engagement, monitoring comments and messages, and assisting with basic performance reporting. The role also involves collaborating with the content production team,



contributing ideas to social media campaigns, and helping implement content strategies aligned with client goals.

This is an internship position, based in office in Lucknow, with hands-on exposure to real client projects and social media workflows.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for managing and growing online presence.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for transparent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan and organize social media calendars and campaigns.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media analytics tools is beneficial.

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Interest in branding and storytelling for founders and businesses, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Relevant coursework or prior projects in marketing, communications, or media are a plus.
