Mandatory Skills
6–10 years of experience in Data Engineering and Production Support.
Robust hands-on expertise in Snowflake.
Experience with dbt.
Experience with Airbyte.
Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
Experience with Terraform.
Solid understanding of Dimensional Modelling.
Experience with Kimball Methodology (Facts & Dimensions).
Hands-on experience in Production Support and Service Desk environments.
Strong knowledge of SLA Management.
Experience working with Ticketing Tools such as Jira/JSM.
Excellent People Leadership and team management skills.
Strong written and verbal Communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents independently
