Job Summary

We are looking for a Shopify Developer & Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in both website development and paid advertising. The ideal candidate should be able to develop and optimize Shopify websites while managing high-performing digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify websites.

Create responsive, mobile-friendly, and conversion-focused landing pages.

Upload and manage products, collections, and website content.

Integrate payment gateways, third-party apps, and marketing tools.

Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth website functionality.





Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Shopify development and Performance Marketing.

Solid knowledge of Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic SEO.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

Understanding of e-commerce and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹13,044.06 - ₹60,146.78 per month
