Company Description TalkHear Speech & Hearing Clinic in Dwarka, Delhi, provides speech-language and audiological services at a moderate cost while maintaining high standards of quality and care. Since 2016, the clinic has focused on offering support to individuals experiencing speech and language difficulties, pronunciation issues, stuttering or stammering, and voice disorders. The team also works with people managing hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and balance disorders.

Services are delivered by certified, consistent therapists dedicated to improving communication and hearing outcomes for clients of all ages.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Speech Therapy Assistant role based in Delhi, India.

The Speech Therapy

Assistant will support licensed speech-language and audiology professionals in delivering therapy to clients with speech, language, and hearing-related concerns.

Responsibilities include assisting with therapy sessions, preparing and organizing materials, observing and recording client progress, and helping to implement individualized treatment plans. The role also involves collaborating with families and caregivers, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a welcoming and protected clinic setting.





The Speech Therapy

Assistant will work closely with children and adults, following ethical and skilled standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Speech Therapy and a strong understanding of Speech and language development.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and clinical team members.

Candidates should possess skills and training related to Education, including the ability to follow therapeutic plans and support learning activities.

Candidates should possess experience or interest in Working With Children in clinical or educational settings.

Relevant diploma or degree in speech-language pathology, audiology, special education, psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to follow clinical instructions, maintain accurate records, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse clients and families.

Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling; prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
