We are looking for a Tender Executive who will be responsible for identifying tender prospects, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, and submitting bids for architecture design consultancy and projects management . The candidate should have knowledge of Government tenders, GeM portal, CPP portal, and e-tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders from portals such as GeM, CPP Portal, State Government portals, and PSU websites.
Prepare and submit technical and financial bid documents within deadlines.
Coordinate with architects, project teams, and management for tender documentation.
Prepare BOQ, compliance documents, and eligibility documents as per tender requirements.
Maintain records of EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees, and Tender submissions.
Handle online tender submissions and digital signatures.




Follow up with departments for tender clarification, corrigendum, and results.
Maintain database of past tenders, submissions, and project documents.
Support management in bid strategy and pricing preparation.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Government Tendering / E-Procurement systems
Experience with GeM Portal, CPPP, State E-tender portals
Robust skills in MS Excel, Word, and documentation
Understanding of BOQ preparation and tender compliance
Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
