Role Description The Sports Physiotherapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, working closely with squash athletes and recreational participants across BAY’s training and performance environments. The role involves performace enhancement, assessing injuries and movement patterns, developing individualized rehabilitation and injury-prevention programs, and providing hands-on treatment and manual therapy.

The Sports

Physiotherapist will collaborate with coaches, trainers, and wellness specialists to integrate physiotherapy into training plans, monitor progress,



and adjust interventions to support peak performance.

Qualifications

Clinical expertise in sports physiotherapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries.

Skills in rehabilitation planning, injury prevention strategies, and performance-focused conditioning for athletes.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with coaches, trainers, medical professionals, and athletes.

Ability to document clinical findings accurately and use outcome measures to track progress and inform return-to-play decisions.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Sports specialization preferred) and valid professional registration/licensure as required.

Experience working with competitive or high-performance athletes; racket sport experience or interest in squash is an advantage.

Comfort working in a dynamic, on-court performance environment, including evenings and weekends as programming requires.
