We are looking for a proactive and experienced System Administrator (NOC Admin) to monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Network Management Systems (NMS), troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring maximum network availability.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network health and server infrastructure using NMS tools for uptime, latency, and performance.
Configure and maintain NMS dashboards, alert thresholds, and custom monitoring solutions.
Perform fault detection, incident analysis, escalation, and resolution.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, bandwidth, and configuration issues across multiple locations.
Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational reports.
Implement and validate network changes during maintenance windows.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with Security Operations teams to resolve network-related security incidents.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
