Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photos, Short/Reels, and TikToks showcasing our cookies, behind-the-scenes bakery life, and customer reactions.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions with a fun, brand-consistent voice.
Trend Spotting: Track audio trends, viral formats, and social media news to pitch fresh content ideas weekly.
Analytics Tracking: Monitor basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report on what content resonates best.
Content Scheduling: Maintain the monthly social media content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule across platforms.
