Supervise and schedule service engineers and technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and provide advanced technical troubleshooting guidance for complex breakdowns.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs, breakdown repairs, and the installation, testing, and commissioning of recent DG sets.
Handle client escalations, maintain robust relationships, and drive business growth by selling and renewing AMCs.
Manage the service department budget, prepare maintenance estimates/invoices, and oversee the inventory of critical spare parts.
Ensure service activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain accurate logs of warranty claims and service records.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
