We are looking for an experienced Visa Counsellor to join our team in a Manager role.

The role involves providing end-to-end guidance to clients for Study Visas, Tourist/Visitor Visas, Spouse Open Work Permits, and other visa categories for destinations such as Europe, the US, UK, Australia, and Recent Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert visa consultation and personalised counselling to clients.





Stay updated and maintain thorough knowledge of documentation and requirements for different visa categories.

Assess client eligibility and guide them through the entire visa application process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Support clients with accurate information and assist in preparing solid visa applications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in visa counselling/immigration services.

Robust expertise in handling Europe, UK, Australia, and New Zealand visas – particularly Student Visas, Tourist Visas, Spouse Open Work Permits, and Concurrent Visas.

Prior experience in a sales management role, with the ability to lead and manage a team of 2–3 employees.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
