Job Responsibilities
Supervise and execute building construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
Prepare and verify contractor bills, measurements, and project documentation.
Liaise with the client, consultants, and project stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Monitor work progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for material and resource management.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in building construction projects.
Robust knowledge of subcontractor management and site execution.
Experience in preparing bills, measurements, and project documentation.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage site activities efficiently.
Immediate joiners will be preferred. Pay: ₹10,946.45 - ₹37,680.78 per month
