Company Description Replate is India’s marketplace for surplus bakery food, connecting customers with same-day baked goods at highly discounted prices through “Surprise Bags.” Partner bakeries can recover revenue from unsold items while customers enjoy quality products valued at ₹300–600 for only ₹99–199. The platform helps reduce food waste by listing limited bags a few hours before closing on a first-come, first-served basis. Replate is focused on building a community that values sustainability, affordability, and better use of everyday resources.

Role Description As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Replate, you will support day-to-day management of social media channels, including planning, creating, and scheduling posts that showcase partner bakeries, Surprise Bags, and Replate’s impact. You will assist in engaging with the online community through comments, messages, and collaborations, and help track basic performance metrics to understand what content resonates. The internship is hybrid, based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home.





You will work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm campaigns, support digital marketing activities, and contribute creative ideas that align with Replate’s brand and mission.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support online campaigns and channel growth.

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts and promotions.

Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact with the online community and collaborate with internal teams.

Basic understanding of popular platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and familiarity with current social media trends.

Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Interest in sustainability, food, and early-stage startups; prior internship or project experience in social media or marketing is a plus.
