Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to achieve competitive pricing.
Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with carriers.
Convert rate approvals into confirmed bookings.
Monitor and maintain profit margins on bookings.
Prepare and update daily operational and performance reports.
