Site Engineer

Qualification
B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience
3+ years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
Experience in handling civil and interior design work for commercial and/or residential spaces.
Must have successfully completed at least one end-to-end construction or interior project.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and maintain project documentation.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently at the site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction best practices.
Inspect work quality and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Coordinate interior finishing works including flooring, false ceilings, painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.




Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Positive project coordination and site management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience in both commercial and residential construction/interior projects.
Proven experience of successfully completing at least one project independently or as a key team member.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
