Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the hotel’s store, ensuring stock availability, proper inventory controls, and timely procurement of supplies. This full-time, in office role in Ambala includes monitoring stock levels, coordinating with vendors, maintaining accurate records, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

Manager will collaborate closely with hotel departments to meet operational needs, uphold quality standards, and support smooth service delivery. The role also involves supervising store staff, ensuring adherence to policies, and contributing to a customer-focused environment that supports overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and management.
Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including inventory control, ordering, and stock organization.
Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage.
Relevant experience in hospitality or retail operations, preferably in a hotel setting.
Ability to work on-site in Ambala, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in inventory management systems or MS Office tools.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in Store Management is must.
