Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records in the ATS and update recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and dashboards.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals is a plus.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility
Final-year students or recent graduates (Any discipline; HR/MBA preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
