Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Battery Validation & Diagnostics Engineer to lead the testing, verification, and troubleshooting of our high-voltage battery packs and Battery Management.
Systems (BMS) for all xEVs and Hybrid Platform.In this role, you will define and execute comprehensive Design Verification Plans (DVP)for Battery and BMS.
Validate critical ISO 26262 functional safety mechanisms, and act as the primary technical expert for diagnosing complex battery system issues during prototype and vehicle-level testing.
Develop and execute Design Verification Plans (DVP) for Battery Pack and Battery Management.
System in accordance with project requirements and applicable automotive standards.
Perform vehicle-level integration and validation of Battery Pack, BMS with VCU, On-Board Charger(OBC), DC/DC Converter, and charging systems.

Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics,

Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering,

Min. 4years to Max 8years in Battery Management
